Quarter, Half & Whole Bison Prices

Whole bison - $7.99/lb hanging weight*
Half bison - $8.49/lb hanging weight
Quarter bison - $8.99/lb hanging weight

*Hanging weight is the weight of the bison after the head, skin, feet and organs are removed. That weight is typically  420- 640 lbs, depending on size of the bison.
